ABOUT US
The same standard of work, no matter your size
We are a boutique technology consultancy helping the organizations that get overlooked by the big firms protect what matters and build what is next.
Our Story
Why we built this
We are builders and lifelong students of people, technology, and the systems that connect them. That order matters to us. Every problem we have come across starts with people, not technology.
Between us we have worked across very different worlds. Enterprise environments and resource-constrained NGOs. Consulting engagements spanning industries and organization sizes. Research and applied machine learning. Different as those are, the same pattern kept showing up. Doing things right cost too much. Implementations stalled or never got finished. And the people involved rarely felt heard along the way.
We kept meeting organizations that were treated as too small to matter. Nonprofits protecting sensitive data on tight budgets. Small businesses one mistake away from a serious problem. Teams adopting AI with no one to help them do it thoughtfully. All of them priced out of the help they actually needed.
So we built something different. We start by listening. Before we recommend anything we want to understand how you actually operate and what is really getting in your way, because the right solution depends on the problem underneath the one you can see. From there we explain what is going on in plain terms and build something that works. No complexity dressed up as value, no jargon standing in for substance.
This is who we built the firm for. The organizations and people the industry tends to overlook. Not because the work matters any less for them, but because someone should be willing to do it well at a price they can actually reach.
-
We build and deliver. You get working systems, not reports that sit on a shelf
-
No jargon walls. We explain what matters in terms you can actually act on.
-
Serious expertise without the enterprise price tag. Scoped to your reality.
THE TEAM
Keshawn White
I got into this work because I like understanding how things actually work, the systems people rely on every day and rarely get to see the inside of. The best part of the job is taking something tangled and making it make sense for the person in front of me.
Dante Poe
I came to this work through research, where I spent years using machine learning to make sense of problems too complex to solve by hand. My PhD in the joint Pitt-CMU computational biology program taught me how to build systems that hold up when the data gets messy and the stakes are real. What pulls me toward AI is the same thing that pulled me toward science. The chance to take something complicated and turn it into something genuinely useful.
